Limited Warranty of Beauty Beauty USA, Inc.

Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. warrants to the final purchase with respect to these particular goods, that such goods are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal professional usage in salons or skincare centers. Such Limited Warranty shall apply for a period of one year from the date of sale to the final purchaser for all electric and electronic skincare equipment. The warranty period of hydraulic pumps shall be one year, for porcelain shampoo sinks, one year, for plumbing fixtures, one year, and for chair structures, including cushions, upholstery, laminates and plastics, wood and metal parts, one year from the date of sale. This Limited Warranty expressly excludes all glassware, light bulbs and other parts made from glass. This Limited Warranty also does not apply to defects in parts due to ordinary wear and tear, due to actions of persons or entities other than Beauty Beauty USA, Inc., or due to transport of the goods. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

Two years after the date of sale this Limited Warranty shall be charged for replacement parts. Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. reserves the right to utilize equivalent replacement parts for any defective part. One no event shall Beauty Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. liability to the final purchaser exceed the cost of the equipment. Under this Limited Warranty, all shipping and handling charges, including courier charges and customs brokerages, shall be borne by the final purchaser. There shall be a restocking charge of 30% plus any related costs for all standard items that are unused and approved by Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. for return. Absolutely no goods may be returned to Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. without its consent and shipping instructions. Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. will inspect all claims made under this Limited Warranty to determine the applicability of this Limited Warranty to the claim.

Store Policy

ALL EXHANGES OR CREDITS ARE SUBJECT TO MANAGER’S APPROVAL

1. *7-DAY RETURN PERIOD. All defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase for exchange for same item only. The customer should return the item with receipt to Beauty Beauty USA Inc. , in its original carton, in its original condition and with all the original package, instructions, warranties, and accessories. Merchandise returned missing the above-mentioned items will not be accepted for return. No cash refund.

2. BETWEEN 7-DAY AND 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD. As the above-mentioned conditions of *7-DAY RETURN PERIOD have to be met, all the necessary delivery charges also will be demanded, and should be received before the item sent back to Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. There shall be a restocking charge of 20% plus any related costs for all standard items that are unused and approved by Beauty Beauty USA, inc. for return. Absolutely no goods may be returned to Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. for return. Absolutely no goods may be returned to Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. without its consent and shipping instructions. Beauty Beauty USA, Inc, will inspect all claims made under this Limited Warranty to determine the applicability of this Limited Warranty to the claim. No cash refund, store credit only. 

3. Skin care products return and exchange: No returns will be accepted unless authorized in writing  by Beauty Beauty USA, Inc. There is a 20% restocking fee for unused, return merchandise. Unused product exchange is only allowed within three months of the purchase date. No unused product returns or exchanges allowed beyond three months after purchase date. Special order cannot be return.

4 Deposits are not refundable. Store credit only.Installation excluded electric plumbing and carpentry. Final payment is due on delivery in cash or certified check only. Unless, otherwise specified all outstanding balances are subject to 11/2% monthly service charge. If this order is cancelled up to 5 days from the date ordered, the entire deposit is refundable. If cancellation occurs after 5 days from the dated specified above, restocking charges of 30% will prevail. Rescheduling of delivery and installation is an additional $300.00 charge. Re-installation charges will be made as a result of outside contractile errors. Orders held after 30 days of scheduled delivery must be paid in full, or additional charges of 11/2% of the unpaid balance per month will be incurred. Notification of new delivery date must be arranged two weeks prior to cancellations.

5. Return Checks: There is a $ 25 fee on any returned check. This fee is in addition to original amount of the check

ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE INSPECTED. WE WILL NOT REPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR CLAIMS FOUND AFTER DELIVERY.

If any equipment is damaged or defective on delivery, price of said equipment will only be deducted from C.O.D. amount until repaired or replaced; at which time payment is due.
